INGREDIENTS :-
Mango Cake
1- Marie Biscuits 200 gm
2- Butter 60 gm
3- White sugar 6 tbsp
4- Mangos Pureed to fine paste 3 Medium
5- Paneer 200 gm
6- Hung Curd (Dahi) 2 Tsp
7- Gelatine powder 2 Tsp
8- Cut into small cubes for decorating ½ Mango
Aam Papad
1- Mango 1 large
2- Sugar (as per taste)
3- Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp
Cook it until pulp got transparent colour
4- Elaichi Powder 1/2 tsp
Let it dry for 2 days
