This is my favorite way of eating leftover fried chicken and I came up with a couple of recipes for you to try! Using KFC and Popeye’s fried chicken for this recipe I decided that popeyes tastes a lot better!
Recipe 1:
2.5 cups of rice
1 cup trumpet mushrooms
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp oyster sauce
2 tsp tbsp cooking wine
1 can 14.5 oz chicken broth
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 medium size potato
1 scallion
4 Jalapenos
Recipe 2:
