చికెన్ 65 తయారు చేసే విధానం
చాలా ఎక్కువ మాది ఇష్టంగా తినే స్పైసి స్ట్రీట్ ఫుడ్ అయిన చికెన్ 65ని మూడు రకాలుగా ఎలా చేయాలో ఈ వీడియొలో చూసి నేర్చుకుందాం.

CHENNAI STYLE
Ingredients:-
Chicken pieces with bone in – 500 g
Chilli Powder – 3 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Cumin seed powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Flavoring salt – 1 tsp
Corn Flour – 2 tsp
Maida – 2 tsp
Food Colour Red – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves – 3 strings
Green Chillies – 4-5
Salt – To Taste
Oil – As Required
Method:-
Take chicken pieces in a bowl add red chili powder, ginger garlic powder, cumin seed powder,garam masala, flavoring salt. Mix it nicely.
Add cornflour, maida and mix it well again. Add food color (optional), salt, chopped curry leaves, chopped green chilies and mix it.
Deep fry them in hot oil and serve Hot.
