উপকরণ:
গরুর মাংস / মাটন / চিকেন (হাড় সহ) – ৪৫০ গ্রাম
পেঁয়াজ কুচি ১/৪ কাপ
আদা-রসুন বাটা ১/২ টেবিল চামচ
হলুদ গুঁড়া ১/২ চা চামচ
মরিচ গুঁড়া ২ টেবিল চামচ বা স্বাদমতো
লবন পরিমাণমতো
পানি ৪-৬ কাপ বা প্রয়োজন মতো
তেল / ঘি ১/৩ কাপ
হালিম মশলা – দের চা-চামচ
পেঁয়াজ বেরেস্তা ১/৩ কাপ
ভাজা জিরা গুঁড়া ১ চা চামচ
পরিবেশন এর জন্য:
ধনে পাতা কুচি ১ মুঠো
চিকন করে আদা কুচি ২ টেবিল চামচ
শশা কুচি ১ কাপ
কাঁচা মরিচ কুচি ২/৩ টি
লেবু’র ফালি ২-৩ টি
