Tahini mousse – makes 2 servings
300g silken tofu
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp milk of choice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp tahini
Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, then leave in the fridge for an hour before serving.
