Skillet Potatoes
3-4 medium potatoes
8 oz sausage
2 slices bacon
1/2 medium onion
1/2 bell pepper
salt
1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
old bay
Creole Seasoning
salt free cajun seasoning
2 tbsp butter
3 Eggs
butter
salt
pepper
tomatoes
onion
*veggies optional
1 package Spicy Southern Grits
4 cups water
1/2 cup half and half
1/2 stick butter
You can also make simple grits by using these ingredients:
1 cup Grits
3 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup cheese of choice
1 tbsp butter
salt/ pepper to taste
1 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
