Quinoa Upma

Quinoa is a gluten free fat burning grain. It helps to lose weight, lowers cholesterol levels and control blood sugar. I have used prewashed quinoa here. Soak quinoa for about 5 minutes and wash it thoroughly. Drain the water and dry it before using.

Quinoa – 1 Cup
Onion – 1
Green Beans – 1/2 Cup
Carrot – 1
Green Peas – 1/2 Cup
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Channa Dal – 1 Tbsp
Curry Leaves
Ginger – 1 Tsp
Green Chillies -3
Coriander Leaves
Lemon -1/2
Oil – 2 Tbsp
Salt as per your taste
Water – 2.5 Cup
