Palak Poori | Spinach Poori | Breakfast recipes

Poori is delicious deep fried breakfast dish loved by almost every kid. Adding spinach and some chillies will give the added tase to the poori. Try this vegan deep fried breakfast Spinach Poori.
Ingredients:
Handful of spinach / Palak (wash it thoroughly and keep it ready)
1 cup = 250ml
1 to 1.5 cup whole wheat flour
½ tsp om / ajwain
2 green chillies
½ tsp salt or salt to taste
around ¼ to ½ cup water
