This recipes is high in fiber, good fats and rich in antioxidants, which is good for immunity, healthy skin and can be a part of healthy diet for weight loss. It is a good option for vegetarians and can be customize for vegan breakfast as well.
– Avocado smoothie with oats (good fats)
– Raspberry smoothie with oats (rich in antioxidants)
– Chocolate smoothie with oats (kid’s favorite flavor)

1) Ingredients for oats porridge :
200 ml (2 cup) milk
110 g (1 cup) plain oats
60 g (1/4 cup) soft dates (chopped)
200 ml (2 cup) water
15 g (2 tbsp) desiccated coconut
2) Ingredients for avocado smoothie :
Half avocado
Half banana
2.5 tsp maple syrup /honey
1/4 cup milk
For garnishing :
Chopped avocado & kiwi
Chopped nuts
3) Ingredients for raspberry smoothie :
1/2 cup raspberries
Half banana
1/4 cup milk
2.5 tsp maple syrup /honey
For garnishing :
Mixed berries
Mixed nuts
Grated coconut
Ingredients for chocolate smoothie :
Half banana
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
2 soft dates
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup milk
For garnishing :
Whipped cream
Choco chips
Cocoa powder
