Filled with oodles of flavour, a fluffy omelette can be the perfect way to start your day on a tasty & nutritious note.

Ingredients:
– 1/4 Zucchini, cut into cubes
– 1/2 Green bell pepper, cut into cubes
– 1/2 Yellow bell pepper, cut into cubes
– 1/2 Red bell pepper, cut into cubes
– 1Tsp butter
– 1 Tsp chilli flakes
– 1 Tsp mixed herbs
– 3 Egss
– Salt
Method:
1) In a pan, add the Zucchini & bell peppers
2) Add a little butter & sauté the veggies
3) Add some herbs & chilli flakes & mix again
4) Keep aside
5) Take 3 eggs in a bowl & start beating them. It is best to use a whisk or electronic egg beater for this
6) The eggs need to be whisked till there is good amount of froth. The frothier the mix, the fluffier becomes your omelette
7) In a pan, add some butter & let it melt
8) Add the egg mix & keep stirring the centre of the omelette
9) Once the egg looks cooked, add the veggies & fold one half of the omelette on top of the other
The fluffy omelette is now ready to be served!
