Here’s the deal. Some days are more, some days are less. I’ve been trying to incorporate healthier meals and recipes into our menu- so here we have it! Right now I’ve been doing some cardio + a little workout 3-5 a week so this is a super typical day/gist of how I eat at the moment. Remake one of them, three of them, or simple feel inspired by them. Just make sure to eat based off of your daily intake, preference, and workout routine! Hopefully these are a few fun recipes to add to your book!
TYPICALLY:
– BREAKFAST: I’ll have eggs and/or fruit for breakfast (filling, nutritious)
– LUNCH: a lighter snack or salad for lunch (light, dependent on breakfast)
– DINNER: typically a veggie, protein, and carb based on other meals!
