3 Healthy Desert Recipes | Delicious Oats Pudding Recipes

Below are the recipe details:

Chocolate Oats Pudding

Ingredients
1/2 banana
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 + 1/2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Milk
(I have used Soy milk. You can use any of your choice)

For Top Layer
1/2 cup chocolate Chips
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Directions :
1. In a blender, add banana, oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, nut butter, milk. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture in a jar and refrigerate it for 4-6 hours or overnight.
3. In a bowl, add chocolate chips and oil. Microwave for 1 min or until melts.
4. Pour a single layer of chocolate over it and refrigerate for another 40 min or until chocolate layer sets. Serve it chilled as dessert or you can enjoy as breakfast too.

Mango Oats Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup fresh Diced mangoes
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp Hemp seeds (optional)
1 Tbsp Almond Butter (Or any other nut butter like peanut butter or cashew butter etc)
1/2 cup Almond Milk (or any other of your choice)

For Top Layer
1/4 cup fresh mango pulp
1/2 tsp Coconut powder
1 tsp Pumpkin seeds

Directions:
1. In a blender, add diced mangoes, oats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, almond butter, almond milk. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture in a jar. Refrigerate it for 4-6 hours or overnight.
3. Add the top layer & serve it chilled.

Coffee Oats Pudding

Ingredients
1/2 cup hot water
6 Pitted dates
1 Tbsp Instant Coffee powder
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp almond butter (or any other nut butter)
1/3 cup milk of your choice

For Top Layer
1/3 cup chocolate Chips
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Directions:
1. In a bowl, add hot water, pitted dates & instant coffee powder. Soak it for 30 min. (You can microwave the bowl after 15 min to make the process faster)
2. Add the mixture in a blender jar & blend until smooth. To it, add oats, chia seeds, nut butter & milk. Blend it again until smooth.
3. Pour it in a jar & refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight.
4. Melt chocolate chips & coconut butter in a bowl & add the top layer of chocolate on the overnight refrigerated mixture.
5. Put it back in fridge for another 40 min or until the chocolate layer sets. Serve it chilled as dessert or can be consumed as breakfast.
