The famous cake 3 Milks in all its splendor, prepare it as I explain in this video and it will be sublime, it is another marvel of Venezuelan gastronomy, a delight of flavor.
Biscuit Ingredients:
3 eggs and 2 yolks or 4 eggs
1 cup of wheat flour with leavening or all-purpose (140gr)
1 cup of sugar (110gr)
1 spoon of dessert of baking powder.
1 teaspoon vanilla
preparation:
Sift the flour with the baking powder (reserve).
Beat the eggs, add the sugar and vanilla, finally the flour and the baking powder, beat well and put the mixture in a previously greased refractory mold, (the same that you can use to serve the finished dessert), take to the oven at 180ºc for 25 minutes or until when it is punctured with a stick it comes out dry, remove it from the oven and let it set at room temperature. If you want to remove it from the mold, unmold the biscuit and put it in the mold where it will be served before bathing it with the cream.
Cream Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk normal size of 395 gr
1 can of evaporated milk of 380 ml
1 cup of milk cream = 250ml
preparation:
mix the three milks and then prick the biscuit with a fork or a stick several times and then pour the cream over the biscuit and let it rest so that it absorbs all the cream.
Finally, a clearing is prepared at the point of snow with
2 clear
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar or 3 tablespoons of sugar in normal refined
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
they are beaten and when they have reached the point of snow it is placed on the cake to decorate it, it can be burned a little with a torch and sprinkled with cinnamon powder or watered with liquid caramel. A delight, Bon Appetit.
