Learn to make crispy honey chili cauliflower in simple steps. It is a starter recipe which can be served with fried rice or noodles.
Ingredients:
For cauliflower batter
Cauliflower – 300 g
All purpose flour – 1 cup
Cornstarch – 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Bread crumbs – 1 cup
For sauce:
Green bell pepper – 1/2
Minced garlic – 1 tsp
Onion – 1
Red chili sauce – 1 tsp
Sriracha sauce – 3 tsp or Green chili sauce – 1 tsp
Honey – 2 tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Corn starch – 1 tsp + water – 3 tsp
Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil – 2 tbsp
