1 TBSP MINCED/CHOPPED GARLIC
2 TSP CRUSHED CORIANDER SEEDS
2 ONIONS SLICED
2 CARROTS CHOPPED
1 CUP TOMATO PUREE
1 TBSP VINEGAR
1/2 CUP CORNS FRESH/FROZEN
3/4 CUP BOILED CHICKPEAS
3/4 CUP BOILED RED KIDNEY BEANS
SALT TO TASTE
BLACK PEPPER TO SEASON
1 TSP THYME FRESH DRY
150 GMS FRESH CREAM
FOR MASH TOPPING
4-5 POTATOES BOILIED & MASHED
50 GMS FRESH CREAM
30 GMS BUTTER
4 TBSP CHEESE GRATED/SPREAD
SALT TO TASTE
