Vanilla cake with Chocolate frosting…yum!
The dairy-free Duncan Hines Cake Mixes are typically vegan, too (the Angel Food Cake does contain eggs). However, they call for eggs in the instructions. I use flax egg to substitute egg for this box and the rest I follow as the pack instructions. Now, one don’t need to replace all 3 eggs so I just use 1 tbsp flax meal and the cake comes out great.
