Aaloo Katli Recipe & Method:
– Oil
– 3-4 Garlic
– 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds Zeera
– 2 Tbsp Butter Plant Based
– 5 Potatoes
– 1 Tbsp salt
– 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
– 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
– 4 Tomatoes
– 1/2 Cup Water
METHOD:
In a large or small frying pan. Add Garlic, Cumin Seeds and fry it for 1 minute. Add butter to give it a nice flavour. Add potatoes in the same pan and fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add Salt, Red chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder and mix it well. Add Tomatoes, water and let it cook for at least 25 minutes.
Serve hot!
