Ingredients :
Take a Kadhai and add
2 tbsp – Oil
1 tsp – Cumin
2 no – Cinnamon Stick
5-6 no – Clove
1 no – Mace
1 no – Black Cardamom
2 no – Green Cardamom
5-6 no – Black Peppercorns
2 no – Bay Leaves
1 no – Whole Dry Chilli
10 – 15 no – Whole Cashew
Saute little then add
1 no – Slice Onion
1 no – Green Chilli Slice
Saute till light Golden
5-6 no – Green Beans ( Par boiled ) Big Cut
2 no – Potato Cube ( Par boiled )
Saute again
2 tsp – Ginger Garlic Paste
1 no – Carrot Julian
Salt to taste
1 Cup – Soaked Rice ( Without Water )
Saute Rice Properly
2 Pack – Maggi Masala Magic
2 Cup – Water
Boil little and add
1/2 no – Lemon Juice
Boil in Slow Flame ,Close the lid and Cook till done
1/3 Cup – Gree Peas ( Boiled )
1 tbsp – Ghee
Mix lightly
Again Cook for 3-4 min amd Serve Hot
