Maida – 3 + 2 tbsp (quantity changes)
Corn Starch – 6 + 3 tbsp (quantity changes)
Water – to form a dough
Oil – to fry
For Spicy Sauce – Oil – 2 tbsp
Ginger – 1 inch chopped
Curry Leafs – 10
Dry Red Chilli – 4
Green Chilli – 3 slit
Garlic – 3-4 tbsp chopped
Red Chili Powder (kashmiri / non spicy) – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Coriander Fresh – 2 tbsp chopped
Spring Onion Greens – 1 tbsp chopped
Tomato Ketchup – 1 tbsp
Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp (optional)
Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
Water – ½ cup
MSG – 1 pinch (optional)
Red Food Color – 1 pinch
Corn Starch – 1 tbsp
Coriander Fresh – to garnish
