Veggies – cabbage, carrot, onion, beans – 1/4 – 1/2 cup each
Salt – to taste
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Garlic – 4-5 cloves chopped
Green Chilli – 2 chopped
GG Paste – 1/2 tsp
Maida – 6 + 1 tbsp (quantity changes)
Arrow Root / Corn Starch – 6 + 3 tbsp (quantity changes)
Water – 5 tbsp
Oil – to fry
For Spicy Sauce – Oil – 2 tbsp
Ginger – 1 inch chopped
Curry Leafs – 10
Dry Red Chilli – 4 cut karke
Green Chilli – 3 slit
Garlic – 6 cloves
Red Chili Powder (kashmiri / non spicy) – 1 tsp
Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Fresh – 2 tsp chopped
Spring Onion Greens – 1 tbsp chopped
Tomato Ketchup – 1 tbsp
Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp (optional)
Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
Water – ½ cup
Red Food Color – 1 pinch
Corn Starch – 1 tbsp
