In this recipe of Tomato Omelette Recipe I have show the step by step process of making Tomato Omelette (Tomato OMELET). Tomato omelette is a breakfast dish in South India. It is referred to as an omelette because of its visual appearance, but actually contains no egg product or by-product. I haven’t used egg in this Tomato Omelette Recipe, it is a pure vegetarian recipe. This is also known as Veg Masala Omelette (वेज आमलेट) and is very popular South Indian Breakfast. This Tomato Omelette Recipe is very easy to follow and requires very less ingredients.

Ingredients:
Gram flour(chana besan)-1 cup(150 gm approx.)
Green chilli(chopped)-2
Onion(chopped)-1
Tomato(chopped)-2(medium)
Coriander leaves(chopped)
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Cooking oil-4 to 5 tbsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Carom seeds(ajwain)-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/3 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Semolina(rava/sooji)-2 tsp
Salt to taste or 1 tsp
