1/2 cup Carrots julienned
100-150g Tofu fried and diced
1 cup Pineapple diced (small)
1 Onion chopped
2-3 Cloves Garlic chopped
1 tbsp Curry Powder
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Seasoning Sauce (Golden Mountain)
3 tbsp Oil
