Ingredients:

150g [5.29 oz] red onion (sliced)
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetarian or normal oyster sauce
1 tablespoon premium soy sauce

120ml [4.06fl oz] water
A few dashes of white pepper
