Sooji Cutlets – Veggie Upma Cutlet Recipe
Ingredients
Semolina – सूजी – 1 cup
Capsicum – शिमला मिर्च – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Grated Carrot – गाजर – 1/2 cup
Cauliflower – फूलगोभी – 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Plain Flour- मैदा – 2 tbsp
Green Coriander – हरा धनिया – 3-4 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green Chilli – हरी मिर्च – 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger Paste – अदरक – 1tbsp
Salt – नमक – 1 tbsp or according to taste
Black Pepper – काली मिर्च – 1/4 tsp (coarsely ground)
Bread Crumbs – ब्रेड का चूरा – 2 Slices
Oil – तेल – for frying
