Quick & Easy Vegetarian Recipe || Surprise Visit from a Dear Friend || Ep#596 || Salu Kitchen
1. 400 g paneer
2. butter
3. 5 medium sized tomatoes
4. 1 whole garlic; peel and crush them
5. melt 1 tbsp butter in a hot pan
6. also heat 1 tbsp oil
7. fry the diced paneer on high flame
8. when ready, transfer to a plate and keep aside
9. to the same pan, add the crushed garlic
10. 4 cardamom
11. 8-10 whole black pepper
12. 2 bay leaf
13. add the sliced tomatoes
14. salt as required
15. ¼ tsp garam masala
16. saute on high flame
17. turn off the flame and let it cool; and then blend this into a thick paste
18. melt 1 tbsp butter
19. slit and add 2 green chillies
20. strain and add the blend tomato mix paste
21. 1½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
22. ¼ tsp coriander powder
23. add 250 ml fresh cream and mix well
24. ½ tsp sugar
25. add the fried paneer and mix well
26. cook on high flame
27. when the gravy boils, add chopped coriander leaves and kasuri methi
28. turn off the flame and the butter masala is ready to be served
