Potol 250 grams
Chopped Tomato 1
Chopped Onion 2
Cashew Nut paste 1 tsp
Poppy seed paste 1 tsp
Ghee ½ tsp
Some Cashew and Raisins
Oil 1 tbsp – you can use mustard oil also
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Cumin powder ¼ tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chili powder ½ tsp
Ginger and Garlic paste 1 tsp
Green Chili 1
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Cardamom 2, Cinnamon 1, Cloves 3
