Ingredients:
1/2 tsp Jeera/Cumin seeds
2 tbsp oil
1 small piece of onion chopped
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp red chilli pwd
1 cup frozen veggies- corn, peas, carrots, beans
1 tsp Fried rice seasoning mix
2 cups cooked rice ( I used brown rice)
Method
Heat oil in a wok and add cumin seeds.
Add onions, saute for a min and spices. Mix well and then add veggies and cook for 2-3 mins.
Next, add soy sauce and rice. Once thoroughly mixed with spices, garnish with cilantro leaves ( or green onions) and serve.
