Green peas – fresh or frozen – 1.5 cups
Fresh Button mushrooms – 10-12 medium sized
Onions – 2 large chopped
ginger garlic paste – 1tbsp
green cardamoms / elaichi – 4
cinnamon – 1inch stick
tomato puree – 1/2 cup
red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
coriander powder – 1tbsp
turmeric powder – 1tsp
garam masala – 1tsp
salt to taste
cashew paste – 1/2 cup
water – 2 cups
