You can also make it from Moong Dal. Moong Dosa/ Green Gram Crepe Recipe by 57 years old Indian lady Anita Ahuja. You can have it in breakfast and it is a great tiffin idea.
Ingredients for 7-8 dosa/crepe
Moong/ Green Gram: 1 cup soaked overnight
For grinding, add 1 cup coriander leaves, 1 inch ginger, 2 green chillies, pinch of asafoetida and salt to taste.
After grinding add 1 and half tablespoon Rice flour.
