handful of peas
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp roasted fenugreek leaves/kasoori methi
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2-3 tbsp fresh cream
1/2 tsp garam masala
