1. Mutton - 1 kg.
2. Baby Onions - ½ kg.
3. Potatoes - ½ kg.
4. Bay leaf - 1
5. Hing - 1 tsp.
6. Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp.
7. Ginger Paste - 1 tbsp.
8. Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp.
9. Red Chilly powder - 2 tsp.
10. Parbi Garam Masala - 2 tsp.
11. Fresh Coriander leaves - for garnishing
12. Ginger Juliens - 1 tsp.
13. Oil - 3 tbsp + 1 tbsp.
14. Salt - to taste
15. Lime juice - 1 tsp.
