Hello my lovely foodies, today I’m going to make a very tasty punjabi gravy recipe which is Kadai Mushrooms. You can serve this with rice, naan or roti.

INGREDIENTS:-
250 gms mushrooms chopped
2-3 tbsp oil
1 tsp coriander seeds/sabit dhania
A piece of cinnamon/dal chini
3-4 cloves/laung
12-15 cashews/kaju
2-3 whole dry red chillies
1 green chilly
2 onions roughly chopped
4 tomatoes roughly chopped
1 onion cut into cubes
1 capsicum cut into cubes
1 tsp cumin seeds/jeera
1 bayleaf/tejpatta
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp coriander powder
pinch of turmeric powder
2 tsp fenugreek leaves/kasoori methi
1/2 tsp garam masala
Some fresh coriander.
