Whenever I prepared crunchy Okra earlier, I roasted it but this time I experimented with shallow frying. I appreciated both methods. While I was cooking this, my comrade suggested an alternate way of preparing crunchy Okra, I will absolutely attempt it next time. Anything to kick off consuming this vegetable.
Instructions
1) Slice ladyfingers lengthwise, I threw away its seeds
2) Sprinkle some salt and set them aside for a while
3) Then, add some rice flour, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder and blend
4) Shallow fry them and relish with dal rice
