Chickpea burger Ingredients:
-400 grams (14 oz) cooked chickpeas
-1 onion
-1 garlic
-1/4 cup (60ml) plant based milk
-¼ cup (30 grams) chickpea flour
-1/3 cup (50 grams) bread crumbs
-1/2 tsp of salt
-1/2 tsp of cumin
-black pepper
-a handful of spinach
-olive oil
