🥣Ingredients and instructions:
Slice 1 head of white cabbage.
Boil a large pot of salted water.
Add the cabbage.
Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Dice 1 onion.
Sauté the diced onion in a greased skillet until translucent.
Finely chop 100g | 10oz of mushrooms.
Add the mushrooms to the onion. Sauté for about 3-5 minutes.
Drain the cabbage and let it cool.
Puree the cooked cabbage with a hand blender.
Transfer the mashed cabbage to a mesh bag or sieve.
Extract the liquid.
Incorporate the mushroom and onion mixture.
Mix with 3 tablespoons of semolina or fine cornmeal.
Include 3 tablespoons of chickpea crumbs or breadcrumbs.
Season with salt, black pepper, and finely chopped fresh dill.
Chill the patty mixture for 10 minutes.
Form balls from the mixture and gently press them into patties.
Cook the patties in a lightly greased skillet.
Fry on medium heat with a cover for about 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
Flip and fry the other side for another 3-5 minutes.
