Oil – 2 – 3 Tablespoons
Cumin seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Mustard seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Asafoetida powder (hing) – 1/2 Teaspoon
Grated ginger – 1 Teaspoon
Chopped green chillies – 2 Qty (to taste)
Curry leaves – 1 Sprig
Turmeric powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt – (To taste)
Red Chili powder (optional) – 1/2 Teaspoon
Garam Masala – 1 Teaspoon
Dry coriander leaves or
Fresh coriander leaves – 1 Teaspoon
Lemon Juice (or mango powder) – 1 Tablespoon (To taste)
