1 sizable courgette
1/4tsp sodium chloride
1 tomato
4tbsp chickpea flour
10g flat-leaf parsley
1 garlic bulb
1tsp dehydrated onion
1 cup of freshly harvested spinach
dairy-free mozzarella alternative
virgin olive oil

🥣Method:
Grate 1 courgette.
Season with 1/4tsp of sodium chloride.
Thoroughly blend and set aside for 10 minutes.
Slice 1 tomato into crescent-shaped slices.
Squeeze the grated courgette over a container to eliminate excess moisture.
Transfer the amalgamation into a mixing bowl.
Incorporate 4tbsp chickpea flour.
Dice 10g of fresh flat-leaf parsley and 1 garlic bulb, then append to the courgette amalgamation.
Integrate 1tsp dehydrated onion.
Season as needed.
Mix thoroughly until all constituents are combined.
Transfer the amalgamation into a greased frying pan and spread it out into a circular shape.
