n this video I have shown Veg Tehari Recipe (तहरी की रेसिपी ), tahari is one of the most popular dishes from Awadhi cuisine. It is referred by many people by many different names like Tehari, Tahri, Tahiri, Tahari, etc. some people also refer it as one pot masala rice. It is also considered as veg pulao (vegetable pulao) and veg biryani (vegetable biryani). It is Easy to Make Masala Rice one-pot recipe. This recipe of Veg Tehari by KabitasKitchen is a very easy-to-make rice recipe. Tehari is very popular is in UP and Bihar, it is usually served with chana daal tadka known as nakdawa. However, the majority of people considered it as one-pot meal.
Ingrediants:
*Ginger – 2 Inch
*Garlic – 3-4
*Green Chili – 1
*Oil – 4 tbsp
*Ghee – 1 tbsp
*Jeera – 1/2 Tsp
*Tez Pata – 1
*Badi Elaichi – 1
*Dal Chini – 1
*Laung – 3-4
*Onion – 2 cups
*Aloo – 1/2 Cup
*Gobi – 1/4 Cup
*Carrot – 1 cup
*Peas – 2 cups
*Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
*Coriander powder – 1tbsp
*Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
*Kashmiri red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
*Salt as per taste
*Tomato – 2 cups
