This salad is a very common Turkish aperitif made by Turkish house maids. It is usually called American Salad or Russian Salad for no special reason. It is super delicious and healthy with boiled vegetable in it. If you want you can use only yogurt or only mayonnaise. And the edible cups can be used to serve anything you wish! They are made of phyllo pastry (filo pastry) which is a typical Turkish ingredient. Use a small cup to cut pieces of phyllo pastry Brush some vegetable oil between layers Grease the metal cups Bake for 15 minutes in 200C (400F) pre-heated oven Cut all desired vegetables in small cubes. We used peas, carrots and potatoes Add pickles that you cut in small cubes Add mayonnaise and drained yogurt

1 phyllo pastry
½ lbs (250 g) vegetable cut in small cubes
3.5 oz (100g) pickles cut in small cubes
2 tbs mayonnaise
4 tbs drained yogurt
2 tbs olive oil
