250gr mushrooms
1 small red onion
2 tsp tamari (or regular soy sauce)
250gr cherry tomatoes
DRESSING INGREDIENTS
1 can (of 400 grams) of white cannelini beans
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 Tbsp agave nectar
1 Tbsp tamari (or regular soy sauce)
dash garlic powder
1 cup fresh basil leaves
