I love to make my own salad dressings at home because many store bought dressings contain a lot of excess sugars, high fructose corn syrup, artificial ingredients, colors and preservatives. I hope you enjoy these recipes and let me know what you think if you try them!

Healthy Salad Dressing Recipes – Gluten & Dairy Free!
SWEET – BERRY CHIA VINAIGRETTE:
1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup Frozen or Fresh Berries (any type you prefer)
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Dried Basil
1 tbsp Honey or 2 Dates (Vegan option)
3 – 4 tbsp of Water
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
SAVORY – LEMON DILL DIJON:
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp Lemon Juice (about 1/2 of a large lemon)
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp Fresh Chopped Dill
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
CREAMY – RED BELL PEPPER TAHINI:
2 tbsp Tahini
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Garlic Clove
2 tbsp Lemon Juice (1/2 of a large lemon)
1 tsp Tamari or 1/4 tsp sea salt
dash of Cayenne Pepper
