►3 Tbsp fresh lime juice (from 1 to 2 limes)

►2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
►2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
►1 garlic clove, pressed or finely minced
►1 tsp sea salt
►1/8 tsp black pepper
