Fruit Salad aka Fruit Chaat ingredients :
1. Mixed Fruits ( whatever fruit you like).
2. Salt, Sugar as per taste.
2. Rock Salt – 1 tsp
3. Chaat Masala – 2 tbsp
4. Mint – ( chopped 1 tsp)
5. Tarmarind water – 4 tbsp + Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
make it 1/4 th cup
6. Malta or Orange juice 1/4 th cup
7. Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Mixing all the ingredients are important. To maka a perfect juicy fruit chaat or salad, extracting juice from the fruits is necessary, so it can mix with the the chaat, and produce perfect chaat juice for your fruit salad. so mix them well and keep aside for 20 minutes after mixing, so that more juice get extracted. And your fruit salad Aka juicy fruit chaat is ready. best for summer time, or iftar or whenever you want to enjoy.
