I have had plenty of fruit salad over the years but this is the best yet. Smooth, creamy, with a hint of wang (yeah I said wang LOL) from the sour cream makes this dessert delicious. It is super easy to make and will be a hit with the family.

1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup whipping cream
8oz softened cream cheese
8oz sour cream
