RECIPE:
4 Cups Baby Spinach and Kale
1 -2 Sliced Persian Cucumbers
6 – 8 Chopped Asparagus Stalks
1/2 Cup Micro Greens
1 Cubed Avocado
2 TBSP Parsley
2 TBSP Cilantro
2 TBSP Dill
For Dressing, combine:
2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
4 TBSP Olive Oil
1/2 TSP Turmeric
Squeeze of Lemon Juice
1 TSP Honey
Mix dressing together and pour over the salad. Toss the salad and enjoy!
