3 small cucumbers
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sugar

Directions:
1- Place two chopsticks around the cucumber. Slice thinly along the cucumber until your knife touches the chopsticks. Then flip the cucumber over and make diagonal cuts again, but this time don’t cut all the way through.
2- In the mixing bowl whisk together soy sauce, garlic paste, sesame oil, chilli flakes, sesame seeds and sugar, then gently pour the dressing over the cucumbers.
