1/2tsp chat masala
Salt to taste
1/4tsp black pepper powder
1tbsp chopped coriander
Pinch of asafetida
2tsp mustard oil
1tsp lemon juice
(2) MAYO CHANA
3tbsp boiled chickpeas
2tbsp chopped purple cabbage
3tbsp chopped bell peppers
1tbsp chopped tomatoes
2tbsp boiled broccoli
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2tsp oregano
1/2tsp chilli flakes
2tbsp mayonnaise
1tbsp chopped coriander
(3) CHILLI MILLI CHANA
1tsp oil
3tbsp chopped bell peppers
1 to 2 tbsp boiled broccoli
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
Salt to taste
1/4tsp black pepper powder
3tbsp boiled chickpeas
1tsp soya sauce
1tsp red chilli sauce
1/2tsp cooking vinegar
1tbsp chopped coriander
(4) CHEESY CHANA
1tsp butter
3tbsp chopped bell peppers
1 to 2 tbsp boiled broccoli
3tbsp boiled chickpeas
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2tsp chilli flaks
2tbsp fresh cream
1 cheese cube
2tbsp finely chopped purple cabbage
