Pistachio fluff salad
2 – 3.4 oz pistachio Jell-O instant pudding mix
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup chopped nuts (your favorite)
1/2 cup coconut
2- 8 oz container Cool Whip, thawed
Combine cool wip and pudding mix.
Add remaining ingredients and fold together
Add Garnish/Decorations
Chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
Cheesy Potato Brunch Bake
1 28oz bag o’brian potatos
1 12.8 oz package of chicken and apple sausages
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried basil
1 – 10oz can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Slice Sausage
Combine all other ingredients
in 9 by 13 pan add cheese to top and bake in a 350 degree over for 40 minutes.
