To whip up the goodness, you will need :
1/2 cup: Curd
1 small Beetroot ~ 1/2 cup chopped beetroot
Spice mix for dressing:-
3 teaspoons: Oil
1/2 teaspoon: Cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon: Sugar
1/4 teaspoon: Chilli flakes
1/4 teaspoon: Black pepper
Salt to taste
You can also add some freshness using coriander, mints, or herbs.
