RECIPES:
Chicken Parmesan:
3/4 cup italian panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (shredded or grated)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 TBSP dried parsley
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
2 chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise
Venison Stir Fry:
2 lbs venison steaks – cook in olive oil, sesame oil, terriyaki sauce and soy sauce. Remove from pan and cook your favorite veggies in a little olive oil in the same skillet.
Sauce:
1 beef buillion cube
1/4 cup hot water
2 TBSP soy sauce
splash of terriyaki
3-4 cloves of garlic
drizzle of sesame oil
1 heaping TBSP cornstarch
Chili Beef and Rice:
2 cups brown rice
2.5 cups chicken broth
1 tsp olive oil
(Pressure cook for 18 minutes on high, natural release for 10 minutes)
1 pound lean ground beef
1 large yellow onion
1 can chili beans
1 can petite diced tomatoes
season with: chili powder, ground cumin, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
Add rice and top with cheese!
Lemon Pepper Drumsticks:
5 or 6 chicken drummies
1 tsp lemon pepper garlic powder
Baked at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
Baked Ziti:
1 box ziti pasta
1 jar alfredo sauce
1 jar pasta sauce
mozzarella cheese
Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes
